Your firm is invited to submit a proposal, including a Guaranteed Maximum Price, for Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Construction Services for the Selkirk Regional Health Centre (SRHC) Inpatient Building. The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals that meet all of the requirements of the RFP and contain sufficient information for the Construction Manager (CM) and Owner to select the Preferred Proponent. A value-based selection process will be employed for this procurement with the intent that the successful proponent's proposal offers best value, taking into consideration both price and qualifications. Proposals will be evaluated and Proponents may be asked to meet with the project team to provide additional information. The Preferred Proponent will be provided with a Letter of Intent to complete the preconstruction phase of the work and arrive at the final contract price. Contingent on meeting the Guaranteed Maximum Price threshold, a Subcontract will be issued for Construction work upon finalization of the contract price.
