Sewer District Building 1 Roof Replacement Project at the Saratoga County Sewer District #1 Maintenance Facilty, 523 South Main Street, Mechanicville, NY 12118, Saratoga County, through its Purchasing Department, reserves the right to reject parts of any or all bids Remove existing roofing systems down to wood decking. Replace any damage wood decking with decking to match the existing wood decking thickness on a per SF price. Install two layers of 2.6" polyisocyanurate insulation mechanically attached to wood deck. Install 1/2 " Dens Deck prime in low rise foam insulation adhesive. Install POWERPly HD base Sheet in POWERPly Bio Endure TF. Install POWERPly 300FR Cap Sheet in POWERPly Bio Endure TF. Install TRA Elastomeric Sheeting in Sheeting Bond. Strip in laps of TRA with Polyroof LV and BURMesh. Coat roofing and flashing with Alumination 301.
