In accordance with the current version of FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 and the policies and procedures of the Cleveland Municipal Airport Authority notice is hereby given that a request for Qualifications for Professional Airport Services is invited from professional engineer, planning and environmental consulting firms to render complete consulting services required in connection with the development of the Cleveland Regional Jetport in Cleveland, Tennessee. The type of services may include but not be limited to: General Consulting, Funding Procurement and Grant Administration, Planning and Programming, Engineering Design, Architectural Design, Resident Engineering, Master Planning, Environmental Analysis, Noise Studies, Land Surveying, Construction, and associated services. Projects are expected to be completed over a five-year period and funded in full or in part with funds and/or multiple grants from the Federal Aviation Administration, State of Tennessee, and/or local sources. To be considered, firms must be experienced in providing the type of consulting services identified in this Request for Qualifications. All respondents are responsible for costs associated with the preparation of materials in response to this RFQ. The Cleveland Municipal Airport Authority assumes no responsibility for such costs.
