The contract number mentioned above must then be indicated. Tenders transmitted electronically must be made through the electronic tendering system at the address mentioned above before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. The opening of tenders will take place at the office of the undersigned, the same day, will be filmed and can be viewed on the Citys website. We refer you to the City's website to find out about the sanitary measures applicable during this opening of tenders. The City of Trois-Rivières does not undertake to accept the lowest of the tenders received or any of these.
