NextCity of Prince George (City) invites suppliers interested in an opportunity to supply, install and maintain three (3) food and beverage vending machines at both the Aquatic Centre and the Canfor Leisure Pool to provide proposals in response to this Request for Expression of Interest. The Supplier will be responsible for stocking and servicing the machines regularly (2 to 3 times per week) to ensure the machines are well-stocked and operating correctly. Vending machines must provide a variety of snack food and beverages. In consideration of the opportunity to sell food and beverages at these facilities, the Supplier should provide the City with revenue sharing in the form of a commission from each sale made. The Supplier will be required to provide a payment reconciliation report with each payment; vending machines are to be supplied and installed at no charge to the City. The P.G. Aquatic Centre provides near 300.000 pool visits annually featuring a 50-metre pool, wave pool, a variety of dive boards and 10-metre dive tower, hot tub, sauna, steam room and is perfect for a variety of aquatic sports. The Canfor Leisure Pool is a brand-new aquatic facility set to open this fall featuring a lap pool, teaching/therapy pool, leisure pool, lazy river, hot tub, play features, waterslide, NinjaCross obstacle course, and accessible private change rooms. The initial term of the contract will be for a period of three (3) years with two (2) optional renewal periods of one (1) year each. This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is intended to identify Respondents with a serious interest and basic expertise in relation to this opportunity. All Respondents who submit a submission in response to this RFEOI will be invited to participate in any subsequent RFP (or ITT) process, if the City proceeds with an RFP (or ITT) in relation to this opportunity. Conversely, the City anticipates that only Respondents who have submitted a submission in response to this RFEOI will be invited to participate in any RFP (or ITT) process, again, if the City proceeds with that process.
