The Owner (City of Mission) invites tenders for the Penitentiary Lift Station upgrade project. The Work includes, but is not limited to the following elements: Removal of existing controls kiosk, foundations and bollards. Decommissioning of existing wet well including removal of existing valves, pumps and piping. Abandonment of existing dry well including removal of existing valves, pumps and piping. Abandonment of existing pumping port, including removal of valves and piping. Supply and installation of new lift station including two 2400 mm ø Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) wet wells, and valve chamber complete with connecting piping and appurtenances. Supply and install of two 72 HP submersible pumps Supply and installation of approximately 19 m of 200 mm diameter HDPE DR17 forcemain. Supply and installation of approximately 53 m of 200 mm diameter SDR 35 PVC gravity sewer. Supply and installation of yard hydrant c/w 50 mm Ø PE water connection. Permanent pavement restoration of 420m2. Electrical upgrade including a new kiosk at lift station, controls upgrades to service the new pumps, and required SCADA and electrical upgrades. Repurposing decommissioned wet well as a manhole. Upsizing 6m of 150mm Ø AC sewer main from west side to ex. Wet well to a 200 PVC sewer main to the new 1200mm Ø manhole. Supply and installation of 1200mm Ø build over manhole, two 1200mm Ø precast manholes and one 1500mm Ø precast manholes. Supply and installation of 1200mm Ø Muffin Monster M3 traffic manhole complete with Model 300005 Grinder. Supply and install a new backup generator at lift station. All other auxiliary equipment, structures, devices and systems to complete the Work. Start-up, testing and commissioning the Penitentiary Lift Station. All site works.
