A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Fire Station 3 Bay Doors Replacement Bids must be made on the Bid Form and in accordance with Instructions to Bidders furnished by the City of Spring Hill. The defined terms appearing in the General Specifications apply to all Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids regarding the purchase of the bay doors, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bids, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City The Bid shall be deemed as having been awarded when formal notice of award shall have been mailed by the City to the Bidder
