Roofing Construction Contract For: 2020 Capital Improvement Project (Phase 2 Roof Replacement) at: Roberts Street School Complex Contractors should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform for additional bid submission procedures not otherwise outlined in the contract documents Prospective bidders shall note that this is a single prime contract under Wicks Law. Each bidder shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for:(a) General Construction; (b) HVAC; (c) Electrical; (d) Plumbing. If Bidder is to be self-performing all work, Bidder shall put this in writing in a sealed envelope enclosed with the bid form at the time of bid. Bidders should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform for additional bid submission procedures not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. Checks for deposit for Contract Documents shall be made payable to Canastota Central School District. Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of two (2) sets each. Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, etc., will be issued a maximum of one (l) set each.Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $25 (edit per size of project) per set
