OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (Mar 2000) (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. 16 c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 5 years and six months. Unaccompanied Housing Surveillance Camera Upgrade and Maintenance Services (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FA4626-22-Q-0014. (3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. FAR 52.212-1 Addenda: Offerors' quotation shall conform to the required specifications as referenced in paragraph (7) above and as attached to this solicitation therein. Any offeror not conforming to the required specifications shall be deemed incomplete and therefore ineligible for award. A. The Offeror shall complete pricing within the attached Bid Schedule for the base year and four (4) option periods (Attachment 2). The award CLIN structure will be made in accordance with the Bid Schedule. Based off of availability of funds, all CLINs/SLINs are optional. B. Offerors' shall submit a Statement of Work (SOW) to repair and maintain each system on the building list, which clearly outlines how the contractor intends to meet the technical 2 requirements, outlined in the SOO. The SOW shall then be used to determine the Offeror's intent to meet all of the requirements outlined in the SOO and the Offeror's understanding of the requirement. C. Each Offeror shall submit the Past Performance Worksheet (Attachment 4). The Offeror shall submit up to three (3) past performance contacts. The Offeror shall choose past or current contracts (within the last three years) that show a measure of Offeror's ability to successfully perform based on previous and current contract efforts
