The City of Roseville is now accepting bid proposals for the Royer Park Play Area Expansion Project (Re-bid 11/2022). The scope of work for the base bid includes, but is not limited to: renovation of the existing school age play area and picnic area. Work includes clear and grubbing; removal of concrete and furnishings; installation of concrete pavement, concrete curb, resilient rubber surfacing, picnic tables, trash receptacles, shade shelter, and wood fiber; irrigation retrofits; drainage relocation; and placement of plantings. The removal of existing play structure, swings and play area sign and installation of new play structure, swings, independent play element and play area sign shall be by others. Subcontractors: The City reserves the right to conduct a post-bid qualifications review of any subcontractors if deemed necessary. Bidders expressly assume the risk that their bid will be rejected from the use of project manuals or project plans obtained from third parties other than the City of Roseville. Engineer's Estimate: The engineer's estimate for construction of the base bid items is $202,730.
