City of DeLand Public Works Utilities Administration Building - Early Release Packages Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving City of Deland in the construction of the DeLand Utilities Administration Building. Subcontractor bids are being solicited to complete the work as described below. The project includes the construction of a new two-story Administration Building on an existing wastewater treatment facility. This advertisement is for the early release packages for following scopes of work (furnish and installed): Structural Steel, Roofing, and Generator & ATS Equipment. Bids for the remaining trades will be advertised at a later date. A Pre-Bid Meeting is not scheduled at this time. The RFI deadline is August 19, 2022, by 5:00 pm. Please submit all RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
