The of work includes replacement of existing light fixtures with new LED types in existing locations, the removal and replacement of lighting control equipment and panels, new digital lighting management system with manual overrides as noted in the plans, and all demolition, patching and repainting to compete the work. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by either cash, a cashier's check or a certified check, The successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a maintenance bond not less than ten percent (10%) of the contract price. State of California in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
