RFQ 140P8321Q0079 is for the purpose of all materials and equipment required to complete painting of asphalt markings on two parking lots in accordance with this scope of work. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this contract is below $22,000. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-014 effective 12-15-2021. This RFQ is a total small business set-aside, NAICS 237310 (Highway, Street and Bridge Construction) with a size standard of $39.50 Million dollars receipts for the past three years. Wages under this contract will be subject to Construction Hour rates (formally known as Davis Bacon Wages) for Pierce County, Washington as attached. All work shall be performed under a single firm fixed-price construction contract subject to the Wage Rate requirements (Construction) for Pierce County, Washington.
