Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project includes the remodel of the Supervisor of Elections Office. The project will include extending the existing clerk counter in lobby space south into the files room. Remodel a restroom into a unisex public restroom. Provide covered walk up pass thru window with night drop thru wall. Widen existing sidewalk and curb 5'-0" and add new ADA compliant ramps. Make repairs to water damaged areas and addition of a new exit door thru the corridor. All Bidders are required to submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond with the Bid Form or their bid shall be rejected as non-responsive. A one hundred percent (100%) Public Construction Bond is required upon notification of St. Lucie County's intention to award the contract to the apparent successful bidder. The Project Name, Bid Number, and time and date of the Bid opening shall be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Facsimile responses shall not be accepted.
