Question Submission Close Date 8/23/2022 3:00 PM MDT The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Draper Headquarters West and East Interior Lighting and Lighting Controls Replacement Utah National Guard Draper Headquarters - 12953 South Minuteman Drive, Draper, Utah Construction Cost Estimate: $2,100,000.00 Project Description: Full UTNG Headquarters replacement of all existing lighting with new LED fixtures and update controls to meet current codes as outlined in the permitted documents. Additive Alternate No. 1: Replace existing led lighting in the HRO area with new standard flat and panel fixtures. Additive Alternate No. 2: Replace all ceiling tiles in the HRO area with new ceiling tiles. Additive Alternate No. 3: Replace lighting and controls in the west half of the building. Only Firms Pre-qualified During Stage I of the Rfs Are Allowed to Bid on This Project Additional Project Information: Mobilization expected 12/15/22
