Only firms pre-qualified during stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Draper Fred House Academy Admin Locker Room Remodel Question Submission Close Date 10/25/2022 3:00 PM MDT The project consists of remodeling the existing locker rooms in the Fred House building, as described in the Contract Documents. B. The following description is an outline of the work to be accomplished and not meant to be a definitive scope of work; The scope of Work is as indicated in the Contract Documents (including drawings and specifications. C. C. The Work consists of Selective demolition of existing restroom walls and components as indicated on the plans to allow for enlarged restrooms. Construction consists of new walls and components within the existing restroom areas and relocation of plumbing lines and new fixtures in the restrooms. New restroom partitions and counters, new tile in restrooms, new paint and Mechanical, Electrical, A/V and security electronic installations are also required.
