Project Category Code: Sewer and Water Construction Description: The Project contemplated includes: o 2,710 LF of 8" Water line replacement o 1,875 LF of 8" Sewer line replacement o Associated Service Laterals o Temporary Water and sewer services/bypass connections Prior to entering an Agreement to perform the work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. Selection will be based on Low BID provided that the BID is complete and the OWNER's review of, and due diligence regarding, supporting information is satisfactory. OWNER's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. 150 days to substantial completion (From Notice to Proceed) he last day for Bidders to ask questions will be October 28, 2022. The final day for responses to Bidder questions and/or issuing addendums will be November 2, 2022
