Division of State Parks. Maintain the Historic Rail Trail throughout the year. Length of the Contract The contract resulting from this IFB will be for FIVE (5) years. The State of Utah Division of State Parks manages the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail in Summit County. The Rail Trail is a 28-mile non-motorized trail corridor that runs from Park City to Echo Junction and includes three major trailheads. State Parks is responsible for maintenance along an estimated 23-mile portion of the trail from just north of State Route 248 to Echo Junction; Park City maintains the portion of the trail south of State Route 248.
