The Replaster and Retiling of MARC Pools project is located at 1200 Little Kate Rd., Park City, Utah 84060. The Replaster and Retiling of MARC Pools project briefly consists of the replaster and retiling of the Lap Pool (4,025 sf), Leisure Pool (2,774 sf), and Hot Tub (275 sf). The work will also require cutting back tile lines, crack sealing, tile replacement, coping stone replacement, joint sealing, epoxy, patchwork with Brown Coat, waterproofing and other related items. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required to accompany each bid. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City. PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Park City Municipal Corporation ("Park City" or the "City") is seeking a qualified aquatic plastering company for the replastering of the pools and spa at the Park City Municipal Athletic Recreation Center ("PC MARC"). This work will also include retiling and coping stone replacement for each body of water as warranted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
