Steam & steam-condensate piping will be run separately between related buildings, both will be installed in the same trench. Both pipes manufactured by the same manufacturer piping system company for the underground installation. Existing underground piping steam and steam-condensate to be abandoned and capped at each opened end unless otherwise noted per each building mechanical room wall location. The New soil trench excavation work for the new steam and steam-condensate piping installation shall be done before existing steam system is disconnected and capped at each building. Cast-in-place concrete vaults with condensate pumps to be installed in place of existing vaults and pumps, which are to be abandoned
