Site work and addition to a medical facility in Cass Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 49,024-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The work will be let under multiple prime contracts broken into Bid Packages as described in Section 00 2400 - Summary of Bid Packages of the Contract Documents. Bid Packages will include site work, utilities,bituminous paving, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, mill work & casework, membrane roofing, waterproofing & weather barriers, joint sealants, doors, frames and hardware, specialty doors, aluminum storefront, light gauge framing, drywall assembles, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting & wall coverings, specialties, window treatments, elevators, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical. This contract is Federally assisted. The Contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours Standards. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and Subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Bidders must submit a compliance report in conformity with the Presidents Executive order No. 11246. FEDERAL DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES and weekly payroll reports are a requirement of this project. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES are included as a stipulation of this project. TERO POLICY AND INDIAN PREFERENCE. The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe TERO policy applies to this project including predetermined wage rates, payroll reporting, Indian Preference, and all other requirements included in the policy. The Construction Manager will include a 3% TERO fee based on the total bid amount.
