Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to re-install the roof drainage on four buildings located in the X Area, and improve the underground drainage, 14 Wing Greenwood, NS Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than May 31, 2023 and must be completed no later than June 30, 2023. This project has a milestone date of December 15, 2022, for all work to be completed with the exception of topsoil and hydroseed placement Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
