The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish, remove and replace the existing water line distribution piping and road structure and catch basins for Ivy Street and Lilac Street, located at 14 Wing Greenwood. Tenders from Tenderers whose name does not appear on the official list of Tenderers who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The work must reach Substantial Completion no later than July 31, 2023 and must be completed no later than August 31, 2023.
