Online Bidding: Available The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a 110 foot tall, 22 foot diameter, 345,000 gallon glass coated, bolted steel, potable water tank. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Any Contract or Contracts to be awarded are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Ohio Water Supply Revolving Loan Account. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Women's and Minority owned businesses, are encouraged to submit Bids for this Project. Bidders must demonstrate positive efforts to utilize DBEs. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination in accordance with the provisions of the Davis Bacon Act. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. The Le Ax Water District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
