DESIGN SERVICES for all or a portion of the 2022 Capital Construction Bond Project All responses to the RFP submitted shall contain a statement as to whether the responder is a resident or non- resident entity, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each responder shall comply with Equal Opportunity requirements and provide Worker's Compensation Insurance for its employees as per ORS 656.029. All subject employers working under the contract are either employers that will comply with ORS 656.017 or employers that are exempt under ORS 656.126. This Request for Proposal will be considered a contractual document which helps to define, but does not limit the contractual obligations of the design firm, and must be signed by an executive in your company with authority to enter into such an agreement. That signature does not bind the District to any agreement until such time as a contract for design services is perfected. LBCC will not be liable in any manner for expenses incurred by the responder(s) in response to this request. The Board of Education of Linn-Benton Community College may waive any or all informalities and irregularities, may reject any RFP response not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement procedures and requirements, and may reject for cause at any point prior to perfecting a contract for the services requested in the RFP any or all proposals upon a finding of the College that it is in the public interest to do so.
