Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Albany, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Scope of Work: The Perrydale School District Bond program will consist of a seismic upgrade to the Elementary School and Gymnasium. This project will also include factory built classrooms, a new multi-purpose room, interior renovations, and site work. The factory built classrooms will be an assigned contract to the CMGC. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
