Bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days from the bid date. The modular relocation and infrastructure to support the relocated modulars are the scope of work bidding at this time, including excavation, electrical, concrete sidewalks and surveying. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Bid Packager 1 through 4. See bid documents for full details. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for the following scope: Div 3 Concrete These bids will be turned in 1-hour earlier to the Greater Albany Public Schools District. We encourage all bidders to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. Last day for questions and substitution requests shall be May 4, 2022. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond.
