Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Albany, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days from the bid date. Questions regarding the bid shall be in writing and directed to Steve Duch at Triplett Wellman, Inc. by fax or email (steve@triplettwellman.com) The project consists of the relocation of 4 existing modular classroom buildings on the existing South Shore campus to make room for a future building addition (not part of this project). The modular relocation and infrastructure to support the relocated modulars are the scope of work bidding at this time, including excavation, electrical, concrete sidewalks and surveying. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Bid Packager 1 through 4. See bid documents for full details. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for the following scope: Div 3 Concrete These bids will be turned in 1-hour earlier to the Greater Albany Public Schools District. We encourage all bidders to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. Last day for questions and substitution requests shall be May 4, 2022. The last addendum shall be issued no later than May 9, 2022. Please check the specifications for the appropriate BOLI information. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond. Triplett Wellman, acting as the CM/GC contractor on behalf of the Greater Albany Public Schools 8J, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any bid not in compliance with bid documents, reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public's best interest to do so.
