The Linn-Benton Housing Authority (LBHA) will be accepting proposals from qualified development consultants interested in providing development services to LBHA in the development of a new construction Affordable Housing project in Albany Oregon. The Housing Authority is a public agency with a mission to provide affordable housing within its jurisdiction of Linn County and Benton County Oregon. LBHA is not responsible for proposals sent via US Mail, facsimile or internet that are not received at LBHA by the stated deadline. The Linn-Benton Housing Authority reserves the right to: reject any or all proposals, waive any information in the RFP process, and/or cancel in whole or part this Request for Proposals if it is in the best interest of the Linn-Benton Housing Authority to do so. Linn-Benton Housing Authority requires compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity requirements under federal law and regulation. The Linn-Benton Housing Authority is an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
