Time is of the essence for completion of this project with a Substantial Completion date of Friday, December 1, 2023. As pursuant to ORS 279.027, contractors are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades Main Office located in the Palisades World Language School, 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 within two hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law). This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. The front parking lot may be full. There are two additional parking lots toward the south and southeast of the building. Make necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received at the front office and timestamped no later than 1 p.m. on December 20, 2022.
