Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Approximately 850 linear feet of new sanitary sewer main, 6 sanitary sewer manholes, 3 sewer lateral reconstructions, 3 sewer cleanouts, mainline and service lateral video inspections, associated sanitary sewer testing, bypass pumping, pavement and surface restoration, traffic control, and other miscellaneous amenities within the project area in Lake Oswego. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only. Oral statement may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent. Project Substantial Completion shall be August 19, 2022, and Project Final Completion shall be September 19, 2022. COST ESTIMATE: $600,000 - $800,000
