Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review. Obtain Request for Proposals: 1. Online. Mail: Address inquiry to named Project Manager below, City of Lake Oswego, P.O. Box 369, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. Include stamped self-addressed 8.5" x 11" envelope for mailed return of Request for Proposal.
