Construction began on June 13, 2022. Lake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from all approved prequalified general contractors (selected through the District RFQ process) for the Lakeridge High School Interior CTE Project (the "Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Please direct any questions regarding this invitation to bid via email to Senior Project Manager, Diana Kessler at diana.kessler@cbre.com and Beth Starr, Project Coordinator at beth.starr@ loswego.k12.or.us contractors are required to complete first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the District office within 2 hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law).
