LAKE OSWEGO SCHOOL DISTRICT 2021 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND PROGRAM PREQUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS ON THE RIVER GROVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REPLACEMENT PROJECT 279C.430 Lake Oswego School District (District) is seeking qualifications from general contractors for the 2021 Bond Programs 2022 project, River Grove Elementary School Replacement Project: complete replacement of the existing school building with a new two-story school, on and off-site improvements, outdoor covered play area, new outdoor play, and education areas. To accomplish this objective, the School District is implementing a prequalification selection (ORS 279C.430) process to obtain a select list of eligible general contractors. Only prequalified general contractors will be invited to participate in a formal lump-sum bid process for this project.
