Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For the 65th Ave Near Meridian Park Hospital project. Instructions for providing the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure and the required disclosure form are included in the Contract Documents. The disclosure form shall be submitted no later than two working hours, including lunch hours, after the Bid Closing. THE CITY WILL REJECT A BID IF THE BIDDER FAILS TO SUBMIT THE DISCLOSURE FORM WITH THIS INFORMATION BY THE STATED DEADLINE. IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT: Major items of work consist of approximately 399 SF of concrete sidewalk, two (2) ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps, one (1) ADA compliant pedestrian island, approximately 66 LF of concrete curb and gutter, signing and striping, street lighting, solar powered rapid flashing beacon assemblies, and other items as called for on the plans. CONTRACT TIME: The Contractor shall begin Work within 30 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. Once the Contractor has commenced Work, the Contractor shall have 45 calendar days to reach Final Completion.
