Work access needs to be coordinated for barge access to the site. All work to be completed according to the Michigan Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications for Construction (2020 edition). The bidder must calculate their Base Bid on the specified, or Addendum approved materials, and equipment only. No "or equal" or substitution proposals will be permitted after Bid opening, except as provided in the General Conditions.
