The new building will be connected to the existing school with a steel walkway canopy; the wood framed building will occupy approximately 11,000 square feet. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for the following scope: Bid Package 1 - Concrete Bid Package 5 - Rough Carpentry Bid Package 9 - Fiber Cement Siding These bids will be turned in 1-hour earlier to the Greater Albany Public Schools District.
