Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and all work in connection with pipe bursting and HDPE liner insertion of 1571 L.F. eight-inch (8") gravity sewer and pipe bursting and wye replacement of 31 service connections with 6-inch (6") pipe, including concrete and asphalt restoration. Project includes add alternate reconstruction of 786 L.F. 8-inch PVC sewer pipe and three manholes including 19 service connections along with asphalt roadway trench restoration. All rules and regulations pertaining to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply to all contracts in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) All proposals shall be submitted upon forms furnished by the Authority, deposited in sealed envelopes designating thereon the project bid on, name of Bidder and be delivered as specified in Instructions to Bidders. Bid and Performance Bonds with Certificate of Insurance shall be furnished as specified in Instructions to Bidders. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the Brighton Township Sewage Authority. Bids should be submitted only on the prescribed forms furnished by the Brighton Township Sewage Authority. No bidder may withdraw his bid within Ninety (90) days of the actual bid opening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal or portion of proposals or to waive any informality in any proposal.
