The Correctional Service of Canada, Dorchester Penitentiary, Atlantic Institution, Nova Institution and Springhill Institution. Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), World Trade Organisation-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada Ukraine Free-Trade Agreement (CUFTA), Canada Korea Trade Agreement (CKTA), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). The Contractor must provide of all labour, materials, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, parts replacement and upgrade of Automatic Transfer Switches as indicated in Table 1 - Equipment Inventory, including: Transfer Switch(es) Synchronization device(s) & Controller Circuit breakers Transformers Motor Starter(s) & Panel Board(s) Related Electrical Components
