Contract is for a public work subject to BOLI wage rates Single Point of Contact: Julie Cone, Procurement-Contract Specialist Oregon Dept. of Fish & Wildlife 4034 Fairview Industrial Drive SE Salem, OR 97302 Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for brand name/ product substitutions, and questions by August 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Jewell Meadows Wildlife Area Bunkhouse and Office Improvements Project, that includes but is not limited to selective demolition, chimney reconstruction, framing and connections to wood structure, masonry work, repairs, roof sheathing, and reroofing. Additionally, Contractor shall perform surface restoration for any areas disturbed. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
