Renovation of a municipal facility in North Powder, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of North Powder is accepting bids for installation of a mini-split heating and air conditioning unit in the new City Hall at 340 E Street. Bids shall include all labor, materials, permitting and install costs. Minimum specifications shall be 18,000 BTU unit, 19 SEER efficiency or higher, and heat down to an ambient temp of 5 degrees F or colder, single zone wall mount unit. For more information contact the North Powder City Hall at 541-898- 2185. perform work according to and close out any necessary permits required by the La Grande Building Department -complete install within 4 weeks of a contract being awarded
