The Powder Rural Fire Protection District is accepting requests for proposals for a building addition (Eve extension). The undersigned Buyer offers to purchase the R & M Steel building, roof systems and components described herein in accordance with the following General Conditions of Contract: a) Buyer agrees to pay R & M Steel the total price, F.O.B. truck b) Terms: Unless otherwise pre-approved by Seller's Credit Department, 20% down payment, 50% down payment after drawings is received herewith. The balance to be paid net cash (C.O.D., Cashier’s check, no company check) when delivered to jobsite or upon offer to deliver, other than as set forth above. c) All building permits, performance bonds, excise, privilege, occupation, sales, personal property and other taxes or fees (whether Federal, State or local) applicable to this transaction shall be obtained and paid for by Buyer. Payment for additional work not included in this contract, but required by the Buyer, shall be promptly made by Buyer on the same basis as the original sale. d) Changes: any changes requested by Buyer in the materials, specifications, terms or conditions of this contract, shall be subject to increase or decrease in the contract price as determined by Seller. Any such change shall become a contract binding on Buyer when confirmed in writing by Seller. e) All prices are subject to change without notice; and the price of products on order but unshipped will be adjusted to the price in effect at the time of shipment. Payment is due upon Buyer's receipt of Seller's invoice, unless Seller requires payment in advance or unless other payment terms are stated on the face side hereof
