North Powder School District will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing North Powder Elementary School. Project Description: The seismic retrofit of North Powder Elementary Classroom includes the rehabilitation to the existing lateral system components in order to meet the requirements for "Immediate Occupancy" as outlined in ASCE 41-17. This will be accomplished by adding to or altering the existing structure and lateral load path to the building foundation. Questions regarding the information contained in the RFP must be submitted to the RFP Contact no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday, February 19 th , 2025. The evaluation committee will provide a recommendation to the North Powder School Board for their consideration and approval. This is currently scheduled for March 25 th , 2025.
