As of August 30, 2022 the study was approved and awarded by the City council. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City reserves the right to modify this schedule at the Citys discretion. Proper notification of changes will be made to all interested parties. No Site Visit Due to COVID concerns, limited site access, and weather considerations the City will not be providing site visits for proposers. The attachments with this RFP should provide sufficient information to complete proposals. The selected consultant will have access to the site once the contract is signed. All Proposers must be qualified to provide the necessary design services requested in this document. Proposers shall have provided services similar to those listed in the introduction for municipal customers. Proposers are required to submit documentation as outlined in this document, related to their ability to provide quality engineering and surveying services as listed in this document. All questions related to this RFP must be emailed to Bart Stepp at bstepp@silverton.or.us. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
