As of August 26, 2022, the survey project has been completed. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Silverton, Oregon is now accepting quotes for the land surveying work related to the Rock Street Storm Project. The City has placed a temporary above ground stormwater pipe over several private properties to alleviate a flooding concern from runoff from Rock Street down to Jersey Street where the pipe has been undergrounded and connected to a catch basin. The selected surveyor will survey this storm pipe alignment so the City can obtain formal easements over the affected private properties and complete the design of a permanent buried storm pipe. The deliverables the Surveyor will provide are: Legal descriptions and map exhibits of a 10' storm easement centered on the pipe alignment for all the affected private properties. A site survey map of existing conditions showing the existing storm alignment, existing vegetation, rock walls, property lines, contours, roads, and other infrastructure. An AutoCAD file of the site survey suitable for the City to create design drawings for the permanent pipe project.
