Site work for a civil project in Peoria, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Peoria (City) is seeking an experienced Engineering Consultant (Engineer) to design an odor control system for the Butler Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Headworks and Solids Handling Building. The work to be performed by the Engineer consists of the following services - Project Management and Administration Preliminary Design Report Detailed Design Documents A mutually agreeable detailed scope of work will be developed at the onset of contract negotiations and will be included within the contract documents. The City of Peorias total capital budget for this project is $470,000. Per the City’s CIP Budget - $470,000 is allocated for design services, and $4,700,000 is allocated for construction. The City reserves the right to cancel the whole or any part of this contract due to failure by the Consultant to carry out any obligation, term or condition of the contract.
