1. Bid Item No. 1, Base Bid: 613-22-128: Chilled Water Line Replacement. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for for the installation of replacement chilled water lines in building 500 from the loading dock to the end of both building 501 and 502 tunnels near the respective elevators, interface with building 501 and 502 branches, and interface with building 500 mechanical room branch piping as required by drawings and specifications.
