Administration Building 2nd Floor Renovation The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids for the 2nd floor renovation project at the District's Administration Building. Direct all questions relative to this Invitation for Bid including specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and Conditions in writing to the Director of Purchasing via email at PurchasingDeptStaff@rps205.com. During the time the bid is in the open solicitation and unawarded phase, Bidders may not contact any District staff or design consultants to inquire about the bidding process or any of the details contained in the Bid Package except in writing and by email to Director of Purchasing. Bid Security 5% of Base Bid. Performance Bond and Labor And Material Payment Bond Furnish in the amount of 100% of the Contract after award. The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the District, such action will serve the best interests of the District.
