Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wright, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Installation of chip seal and overshoot on various streets of the town of Wright up to as much as 70,000 SY of existing asphalt road surface. Project to reach Final Completion prior to October 15, 2022. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond, (on form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. Contractor shall pay Owner $2,500 for each day that expires after the time specified in Paragraph 4.02 for Substantial Completion until the Work is Substantially Complete. After Substantial Completion, if Contactor shall neglect, refuse, or fail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Time or any proper extension thereof granted by Owner, Contractor shall pay Owner $1,250 for each day that expires after the time specified in Paragraph 4.02 for final completion and readiness for final payment until the Work is completed and ready for final payment.
