The generator will be placed atop a concrete pad and foundation that is designed and stamped by a Wyoming Engineer, extends below the frost line, and connected to Town Hall utilizing flexible connections. Questions received after Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. There will be an addendum issued for this project. The addendum will be available and contractors will be notified through the website
