The City will not be responsible for or bound by any oral instructions or advice SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct the above-stated project. The general items of work include: Mobilization; traffic control and construction signage; slurry sealing; patch paving, striping and pavement marker installation and such other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or an acceptable bidder's bond for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the order of the City of El Cerrito, California. Liquidated Damages: $500 Per Calendar Day.
